Job Responsibilities

BOM creation and Maintenance - Develop and update Manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs) for new and existing products. Change Management - Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Product Change Notices (PCNs). Data Integrity and Accuracy - Audit MBOM completeness by comparing "As Design" vs "As Built" data. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to resolve descrepancies. System Management - Utilize ERP/MRP/PLM systems to manage component data and structure. Education - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Supply Chaing Management Competencies - High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to management multiple projects.

Core Technical Skills

• 1. Hands on experience in analyzing Bill of Material (BOM) for its accuracy Item Level Mapping, Quantity, Make/Buy, Cost etc.
• 2. Hands on experience managing the structural list of parts, materials, and assemblies required to build a product, ensuring accuracy within PLM/ERP systems
• 3. Hands on experience comparing multiple BOM, prepare and share report to manage the BOM optimally.
• 4. Deep understanding in commodities and classify parts based on the product requirements (Critical parts like Chamber, Optics, Gas lines, Chuck etc. Commercial Off the shelf parts like Fasteners, Fittings, Hardware etc)
• 5. Expertise in supplier analysis and create database for critical suppliers (Chamber suppliers supplier-A, supplier-B,,,)
• 6. Expertise on MS excel, should have created automation on VBA Macros.
• 7. Should play a significant role between engineering, procurement, production, implementing engineering changes and optimizing production efficiency through rigorous data analysis.
